JUNGLE BIRD

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Nil Desperandum Botanical rum
  • 15ml Italian red bitter liqueur
  • 45ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Demerara sugar syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water)
  • Pineapple wedge and leaves


METHOD

Place the Nil Desperandum Botanical rum, red bitter liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, and sugar syrup into a shaker and fill the shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds or until very chilled. Strain to a chilled rocks glass over crushed ice.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge and three pineapple leaves
