REFUND POLICY

General

1. Should you make an error when ordering online, Nil Desperandum Rum will refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us at gday@nildesperandum.com.au.  
2. You are responsible for the additional postage charges of unopened and undamaged bottles to us c/o PO Box 333 Woombye QLD 4559 or in person at the Distillery Door, 104 Nambour Connection Rd Woombye QLD 4559.
3. When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund of you original price less the full retail price of any items not eligible for return. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. Refund may take up to 2 business days.
