NIL FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Nil Desperandum Special rum 
  • 10ml Demerara sugar syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water)
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters
  • Orange peel twist


METHOD

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour in the Nil Desperandum Special rum Demerara sugar syrup and bitters. Stir until well mixed and very cold. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a large ice cube.

Garnish: Garnish with an orange peel twist
