Notes of golden syrup, pineapple, vanilla, burnt sugar and crème brûlèe. Tones of baked pear and black banana. Double pot distilled and aged in a single French oak barrel emptied of Pinot noir and sherry. Australian certified organic molasses, wild yeast, Woombye water, dunder & muck. 100% unadulterated. A rum to satisfy lovers of the world's best.
