A nod to Queensland's most iconic fruit — and the Big Pineapple sitting just down the road from our distillery door. Pineapple Parfait is a playful, tropical gin layered with sweet pineapple, creamy vanilla, and a backbone of classic botanicals that keep it firmly in gin territory. It's dessert-forward without being sweet, and dangerously drinkable as a spritz or long serve.

Best served with soda, ice, and a wedge of fresh pineapple. Also exceptional in a tropical gin sour.
