Pot distilled and aged for over 3 years in barrels emptied of Buffalo Trace®️ bourbon.

Notes of créme brulee, pineapple, banana, fig & dates. Hints of chocolate, coffee, almonds & cedar. Australian certified organic molasses, wild yeast, Woombye water, dunder & muck. 100% unadulterated.

The Buffalo Barrel is a homage to what we love about producing Australia’s Finest Rum with love, art & science and sub-tropically ageing that rum in select American white oak bourbon barrels.

For over 200 years in Frankfort, Kentucky, Buffalo Trace Distillery has been defined by a dedication to one craft: making fine bourbon whiskey. And during Prohibition, the distillery was allowed to remain operational, in order to make whiskey for "medicinal purposes". Sources of wonder and  inspiration to all of our team.
