Crafted from organic molasses, wild native yeast, and Woombye spring water, this rum carries the distinctive DNA of Nil Desperandum — authentic, bold, and unadulterated. No sugar. No colour. No shortcuts. Just rum, time, and barrels.

THE SHERRY BOMB TASTING NOTES

Nose: A cascade of ripe and dried fruits including grapes, raisins and sultanas, layered with tropical notes of pineapple, apricot and banana. Sherry influence weaves through, adding weight and a vinous elegance.

Palate: Dense, silky and complex. Tropical dried fruits such as banana, apricot, figs and dates are joined by rockmelon, creamy pear and dried apple. Rich yet dry, soft yet persistent, with a round juiciness that unfurls in waves.

Finish: A super long, persistent length. The fruit character lingers with remarkable clarity, leaving a dense and flavoursome memory that demands another sip.
