Our Special Summer Collection brings together the spirits made for warm days and easy evenings. At its heart is our Signature Special Rum (700ml, 38% ABV), crafted on the Sunshine Coast from Australian Certified Organic molasses, wild fermented, double pot distilled and aged for a minimum of two years in bourbon barrels seasoned with sherry and port.
