Nil Desperandum Rum Social Media Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter Details
The promoter is CAVU Distilling Pty Ltd T/A Nil Desperandum Rum (ABN: 40 634 627 240) located at 104 Nambour Connection Road, Woombye, Queensland 4559.

2. Eligibility
a) Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
b) Employees of Nil Desperandum Rum and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
c) Entrants must have a valid Instagram and/or Facebook account.

3. Giveaway Period
The competition begins on February 21st 2025 and ends at March 7th 2025 Midnight AEST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.

4. Entry Method
To enter, participants must:
a) Follow @nildesperandum_rum on Instagram or Facebook.
b) Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.
c) Multiple entries are allowed; each tag counts as one entry.

5. Prize Details
One winner will receive:

• 6x 50ml party pouches (2x Nil Desperandum Special Australian Rum, 2x Sunshine & Sons Premium Spirits Original Australian Vodka, 2x Sunshine & Sons Premium Spirits Original Australian Gin)
• 1x Nil Desperandum Rum etched collectable tumbler
  Total prize value: $75.00 AUD.
  The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be drawn at random on March 8th 2025 10:00am. The winner will be announced via @nildesperandum_rum social media stories and contacted via direct message on Facebook or Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a redraw will occur.

7. Prize Collection
The prize can be posted to the winner’s nominated address or collected in person from Nil Desperandum Rum Distillery Door 104 Nambour Connection Road, Woombye, Queensland 4559. ID matching the winner’s social media account name may be required upon collection.

8. Liability & Indemnity
Nil Desperandum Rum is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries. The promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

9. Privacy
By entering, participants agree to allow Nil Desperandum Rum to use their name and social media handle for promotional purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
